The Blues Cruisers have been together, in various forms, since 2001. Originally a Louisville area band, today they play mostly in and around Frankfort. In addition to playing at local bars, they occasionally play outdoor festivals and concerts, which in the past have included Frankfort's Summer Concert Series at the Old Capitol, the Cave Run Rock 'n' Blues 'n' BBQ Festival in Morehead, Morehead's Sundown at Moonlight Concert Series, Blues to the Point, a Two Rivers Blues Festival in Carrollton, and the Anderson County Burgoo Festival in Lawrenceburg (twice), as well as benefits and fundraisers for Spina Bifida (at Stevie Ray's), First Responders (at the Brick Alley), and Habitat for Humanity (at River View Park in Frankfort).
